All jewelry and home decor orders placed during normal business hours will be processed immediately, jewelry shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday) and home decor as stated on the details section of each item.

For personalized or custom items please allow for 1-3 weeks before shipping.

No cancellations, changes or returns allowed on personalized items, as they are made to order.

We offer USPS Priority/ UPS Second Day / UPS Overnight


RALUCCA uses USPS for standard delivery and FedEx and UPS for all other services. We offer the following shipping options for USA orders:

We will repair defective or damaged pieces free of charge. An estimate will be given for repair of pieces missing large components on jewelry or for pieces that have been altered by someone other than RALUCCA.

We gladly accept returns of unused merchandise within 30 days of delivery except clearance items, which are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping charges are not refundable and there is a $6.95 per order return fee that covers restocking and postage back to the warehouse.

Once the return is received and checked in our warehouse, we will send you an email to let you know that it was received. If the item is in the original condition, the refund will be issued. The total turnaround time from item being shipped to refund being issued is 1-2 weeks.
