“I AM HOME” FEATURE WALL

Part of the Prometheus Real Estate Group Branding, the "I AM HOME Wall" is a feature element for every property. The motto is an upfront declaration of the firm's promise to make people feel at home. 

Each feature wall is designed specifically for each property. At Montrose Apartments, the aim was to bring a pop of color and warmth in the space, to complete the interior design. Felt, as the dominant material was chosen for its durability and warm esthetic. The stitching adds on to handmade feel of the material, creating a subtle decorative element meant to create another tactile layer for the future residents.
