Lead times vary from product to product and are specified on the individual page of each item. If you have a certain deadline you'd like to meet, please let us know at studio@ralucca.com and we'll try our best to make that possible.

We ship internationally to selected countries. Please contact us at studio@ralucca.com for an estimate.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURN POLICY

Every piece is made to order and represents a final sale. However, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We do not consider them as flaws, but as part of the beautiful characteristics of a handmade item.

HANDMADE

Please note that most of our items are handmade. Handmade items have inconsistencies based on the creative nature and each item will look a little different from the next, with slight variations in color and size.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS

REPAIRS

We will repair defective or damaged pieces free of charge. An estimate will be given for repair of pieces missing large components on jewelry or for pieces that have been altered by someone other than RALUCCA. Please note that that due to the hand made nature of the products, imperfections will be present.
